Book Pre-orders
Cancellations are accepted within 7 days of ordering for a full refund or store credit.
E-Books
E-books are non-returnable once the PDF is open if directly purchased from MallMagick.com.
For e-books purchased through a third party such as Amazon Kidle, Barnes & Noble Nook, Apple Books, etc. we ask that you review their policies for refund & shipping information.
Art
Due to the integral and delicate nature of artwork, any and all artworks: painting, collage, mixed media, are FINAL SALE.
Photo Prints
You may return photo prints purchased directly from MallMagick.com within 7 days of receipt for store credit in its original packaging.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by emailing us at hello@mallmagick.com.
Requirements: Item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt, with written request and upon approval. Item must have tracking information and insurance and must be found in good condition without damage.
We will reimburse you upon receipt and inspection of item within 5 business days from which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
Due to the nature of our small business, you will not be reimbursed of any shipping costs, tracking, or insurance. The original postage amount will be deducted from the refund, and a $10 cancellation fee will also apply.
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Book Pre-orders
Book Pre-orders (Paperback and Audiobooks) will become available within a determined date.
Please allow up to 14 -21 days for receipt once ordered as these products are still underway.
E-Book pdf Files purchased directly from MallMagick.com will be sent via email provided with a 48-hour access expiry.
Artwork & Photography Shipped within 5-7 business days. Expect 10 - 14 days for receipt for U.S. buyers and 21 - 30 days for International.
