LVF (LVF.LVX) is the author of Tapes in Drag: Poetry & Remorse and the forthcoming So, I Married My Shadow. She is an enigmatic Writer, Shadow Integration Coach, and Mystic whose work blends practical insight, esoteric knowledge, and ethereal wisdom to guide individuals toward self-realization and acceptance. With an M.A. in conflict resolution from Brandeis University, a B.A. in philosophy from Furman University, and certifications in learner-centered coaching from Imperial College of London, NLP, and hypnotherapy, LVF offers a rich foundation for personal growth.
Her coaching journey began in the nonprofit sector, co-founding Art in Suburbia, Inc. in Waltham, MA, in 2017, where she gained experience in art direction, curation, and various artistic mediums. However, during the COVID-19 lockdown, LVF discovered a deeper calling to support individuals in becoming their best selves through her writing and transformative shadow work.
