She is an enigmatic Writer, Shadow Work Coach, Poetess, and Mystic whose work blends practical insight, esoteric knowledge, and ethereal wisdom to guide individuals toward self-realization and acceptance. With an M.A. in conflict resolution, a B.A. in philosophy, a certification in learner-centered coaching from Imperial College of London, LVF offers a rich foundation for personal growth.
Her coaching journey began in the nonprofit sector, co-founding Art in Suburbia, Inc. in Waltham, MA, in 2017, where she gained experience in art direction, curation, and various artistic mediums. However, during the COVID-19 lockdown, LVF discovered a deeper calling to support individuals through her writing and transformative shadow work.
