Product Returns
Physical Media (Tapes, CD-Rs, DVD's) are returnable only if a defective product was received. A replacement item will be shipped with proof of defect by writing to us at LVF@mallmagick.com and will be shipped within 5 business days once approved.
E-Books are non-returnable once the PDF is opened when directly purchased from MallMagick.com.
For e-books purchased through a third party such as Amazon Kindle, Barnes & Noble Nook, Apple Books, etc. we ask that you review their policies for refund information.
Paperback Books are none returnable and are final sale. For books purchased through a third party such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or brick & mortar, etc., we ask that you review their policies for refund information.
Photo Prints and Gifts (Store Credit Only)
You may return photo prints purchased directly from MallMagick.com within 7 days of receipt for store credit in its original packaging.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by emailing us at LVF@mallmagick.com.
Requirements: Item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt, with written request and upon approval. Item must have tracking information and insurance and must be found in good condition without damage.
We will reimburse you upon receipt and inspection of item within 3 business days from which we receive the returned goods.
Due to the nature of our small business, you will not be refunded or reimbursed of any shipping costs, tracking, or insurance. The original postage amount will be deducted from the refund, and a $5 cancellation fee will also apply.
Nonreturnable Items/ Final Sale
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
We are not responsible for goods that have been damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the goods and proof of return delivery.
We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, OR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CARRIERS. Please visit their website and review their policies for their claims procedures.

Physical Media (Tapes, CD-Rs, DVDs): $5 Flat Rate shipping for US Buyers in the Lower 48 states, regardless of how much physical media you buy, limited to physical media and books only. Please reach out to LVF@MALLMAGICK.COM for any issues.
Books: up to 2-10 business days
Audiobook MP3 Files purchased directly from MallMagick.com will be sent via email within 24-48 hours.
Art Prints, Photography (Canvas & Posters): Please allow up to 2 weeks for print-on-demand processing, review, and additional delivery time. Expect 14-21 days for receipt for U.S. buyers and 21 - 30 days for International.
Original Fine Art larger than 8 x 10 is available for purchase in destination galleries or locally. Exceptions can be made depending on the artwork.
Original Fine Art 8 x 10 or smaller is determined by weight and can vary between $5-$20.
