You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of item/s receipt via e-mail. Include reason and order number. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included, and is required to have tracking in order to qualify. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses and are subject to a 10% restocking fee if under $250. For purchases above $250, a 15% restocking fee apples.

We guarantee that any damaged item upon arrival will be replaced. Due to the uniqueness of our one-of-a-kind items, there will be variance of design by which you agree to when requesting a return.
**Pre-order Items will be accepted for return prior to shipment. Please email email@example.com to initiate your return.
If you received your jewelry order with defects please immediately contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery with a picture of the broken item. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact customer service email@example.com within 5 days of delivery.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying all associated shipping costs for returning your item and receiving your new item/s. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
