How soon will my items ship?


It is our goal to ship all orders within 24 hrs of purchase.* All orders placed after 11 am on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday. 


All FedEx Overnight orders must be placed before 2 pm for next-day delivery. Please note, there is no weekend delivery for FedEx overnight. Any orders placed after 2 pm Thursday will deliver the following Monday or Tuesday.

*For large promotional sales (ex. Black Friday, Cyber Monday) please expect minor delays due to the large volume of orders. Orders are expected to ship within 2-4 days from your purchase. We are sorry for the inconvenience. is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking confirms the package as “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor is liable. 


We recommend signing up for text or email updates on the tracking page. 

 Please be sure to check with your neighbors and local postman for misdelivered packages.

Because theft is becoming such a big issue, we offer free “Signature Confirmation" at checkout to help prevent instances of theft. This is a $4 charge we offer for free to all of our clients. By not opting into this free offer you then all liability is waived on behalf of


Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was inputted during checkout so we can update it before shipping.

If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost package or delivered packages.

We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the client to give correct information.  No exceptions. All returned "Invalid Address" packages will be charged a $10 restocking fee.

What is the return policy for seasonal or promotional items?


HOLIDAY Return Policy: 

Promotional Sale Items purchased on or after Thursday Nov. 22 are eligible for return for store credit only until January 10th. 


Regular Priced Items purchased on or after Thursday Nov. 22 are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days from purchase date and eligible for store credit only until January 10th.

All returned items are required to contain a tracking number for eligibility.

What if my item arrives broken or damaged?

If you received your jewelry order with defects please immediately contact customer service at within 5 days of delivery with a picture of the broken item. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact customer service within 5 days of delivery.


We guarantee that any damaged item upon arrival will be replaced. Due to the uniqueness of our one-of-a-kind items, there will be variance of design by which you agree to when requesting a return.

What if my jewelry breaks while wearing it or tarnishes over time?


We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will work hard to remedy the situation to the best of our abilities. 


VINTAGE JEWELRY: is fragile by nature and should be worn with care. is not liable for broken vintage jewelry.


LVF.LVX DESIGNS : jewelry that we produce in house will be accepted within 60 days of purchase date and will be repaired or replaced free of charge. After 60 days, there is a $25 fee for repairs if the item can be fixed.

Caring for your Jewelry:

1. Showers, baths, and late night swims are for you, not your jewelry.

2. Precious metals & porous materials (such as concrete) should not be exposed to ammonia, chlorine, & other chemical solvents found in cleaners, perfumes, & Lotions. Concrete can not be immersed in liquid under any means.

3. Be delicate; hand-made and vintage jewelry is fragile. Please wear with care.


Not all types of jewelry are meant to be worn everyday, therefore jewelry can tarnish with wear.

Plated jewelry should only be worn on occasion. We never recommend wearing jewelry in the shower, working out, washing your hands, sleeping or depending on the metal, on a daily basis. 

If you are looking to wear your jewelry everyday we recommend solid sterling silver or gold filled and vermeil gold. We are not liable for concrete designs, plated jewelry, or vintage jewelry tarnishing after extended wear. 




Can I return Sale items?

Items purchased from our the Sale section are FINAL SALE.

They are sold in AS IS condition and returns will not be accepted refund. 

Please be sure to know your ring size before purchasing. We will not accept returns for wrong size. 

No Exceptions. 




What about the 10% Off Code for Newsletter Subscription?


We offer a 10% discount for all customers who subscribe to our newsletter. This code is good for one purchase per email address and cannot be combined with any other offer. 

This code does not apply to orders in combination with other offers like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Stacked Sale or any other promotional sales. This code does not apply to Sale items or Jewelry Care items. 

Once the order has been placed we cannot go in and refund the 10%. The code must be used at the time of check out.

What if I have a skin reaction to the jewelry?


Everyone has different sensitivities to metals.

We list the type of metal and plating on every product page. If you are sensitive to metals we do not recommend plated jewelry. It is up to you to know if you have an allergy to base metals or brass. is not liable for any allergic reactions caused by our jewelry or products.
